Tragedy in Norway Serves as Reminder of Threat of Domestic Terror

As the tragic events unfolded in Norway last Friday, many initial reports speculated that the attacks might have been planned by Muslim extremists and had possible links to al Qaeda. Al-Qaeda has named a new leader.  Former number two and right hand man to Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri was named the new chief of al-Qaeda in a statement released online by the organization.
