Seasoned Operations and Finance Executive Joins Preparis
Preparis, the global supplier of critical business preparedness information and services announced today the appointment of Randall Tolbert to the position of CFO/COO.
Randall will direct the company’s finance, operations and technology initiatives. Prior to Preparis, he was Vice President of Finance at Macquarium Intelligent Communications, Atlanta’s leading interactive agency serving prominent Fortune 1000 clients. At Macquarium, he led the implementation of mission-critical processes and tools for client delivery and revenue while managing the company’s corporate financials. Before Macquarium, he served as Director of Operations for NASDAQ-listed iXL where he managed P&L structures and implemented key operational models for organization performance, pricing, execution metrics, and time management. Randall also served in several executive-level roles at Accenture and KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was responsible for engagement planning for large clients such as Philips and Home Depot. He began his career as a staff accountant at Mauldin & Jenkins, doing tax work and financial audits.
Randall attended the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and is also a Certified Public Account with the Georgia Society of CPAs. He is active in several non-profit organizations including the United Way.
