Preparis Expands Executive Team in Marketing and Sales

Preparis, Inc., a leading provider of workforce preparedness solutions, has added two seasoned executives to its leadership team.

Sue Holub joined the organization as Vice President of Marketing. She brings nearly 15 years of marketing, product management, business development and public relations experience across multiple industries including technology, financial services, retail and healthcare.

In her role with Preparis, Holub is responsible for formulating, communicating and executing key business growth strategies including product management, pricing, branding, segmentation, messaging and promotion. Her focus is on building a best-practice marketing infrastructure while driving top-line revenue growth, market penetration and brand awareness for the company.

Ms. Holub was previously Director of Global Product Marketing for the $200MM software division of CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv). Prior to joining CheckFree in 2001, Ms. Holub held a senior marketing position at BellSouth (now AT&T) where she was responsible for marketing and distribution of BellSouth Internet Services. Her early career includes five-plus years with global PR firm, Ketchum Inc. She is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Pragmatic Marketing® Certified with active memberships across a number of industry marketing, technology and management associations.  Holub holds a B.A. in Public Communications and Spanish from American University in Washington, DC.

Quinn Thomas joined the Preparis organization as Chief Sales Officer. In this new role, he is responsible for executing the company’s overall sales initiatives across various vertical markets. Thomas brings more than 18 years of sales and management experience across several industries.  His broad experience includes developing and managing sales teams, product management and marketing.

Mr. Thomas was previously a vice president at ChoicePoint where he managed sales in its $100MM public record group.  He was also tasked with executing plans to increase the company’s sales effectiveness for more than 300 sales associates across four vertical markets. Prior to joining ChoicePoint in 2003, Mr. Thomas was a vice president in the software division of CheckFree Corporation. During his seven years with the company, he directed sales, consulting, marketing and product management teams for the CheckFree’s electronic payment solutions.  In addition, Mr. Thomas’s earlier career includes various sales positions at Unisys Corporation and PC Connection.
