Jim Canfield Joins Preparis as Chief Sales Officer
Preparis, Inc., the leading business preparedness company, announced today that it has hired Jim Canfield, veteran sales and marketing professional, as its Chief Sales Officer.

Jim has held leadership positions in four highly successful companies that were leaders in their respective industries. He started his career at Abbott Diagnostics, a company that revolutionized the hospital clinical laboratory, growing organically to $2 billion in sales during the 1980s. At Idexx Laboratories, he led the sales and marketing teams and helped build an industry leader in the veterinary health market. Jim was also part of the team that built Headhunter.net from scratch, driving the job board from startup to the #2 player in the market and a successful IPO. And at Knowledgestorm, Jim led the sales organization, growing the company from $2M to $20M. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology.
