Preparis requires end users to log into the relevant application first, then you can be authenticated into the Help Desk area. 

The Preparis Help Desk offers many self-serve articles, a community where you can interact with your peers in the Business Continuity industry, and several ways to reach out for help including chat, phone, email, and web form.

To access Preparis Help Desk, click here, log into your Preparis account, and click "Support" in the footer.
